Testimonies

  • “We knew condo on mirador would be a little noisy. We booked there so we could walk to Mannys. Well it is closed. The decibal level from the bars was over the top, even ear plugs would not allow sleep till 3:00 AM. Because of A/C issues Oceano moved us to Los Conchas 2 nights THANK YOU OMAR.

  • “I have loved the area since 1980s.
I’ve stayed in the las conchas before. Had a nice visit. CEDO and seafood! Whales too!
Management great and we had a water issue repaired rapido!
23 needs a bit of work. Sliding door hard to close and lock.
Knives dull dull dull! Bed in couch not usable! Springs!Love the tile!

  • “Was great, house was clean, neat and very comfortable. Weather was outstanding. We had a wonderful time. We took or dog Ginger with us and she too enjoyed herself. Only problem is TV remote would not open guide or enter channel numbers had to use up & down button to get thru channels, had to use neighbors trash can. But overall it was still a great place and plan on going again in Sept.
