  • “This property was not up to the usual standards we have come to expect from eight years of renting in Los Conchas. The general condition of the property needed much attention to include: patio screen door was inoperable, several patio chairs were broken, kitchen sink stopper broken, one unit on the stove didn't work, drawer handle broken ib kitchen, blinds in main bedroom were falling apart. There was no garbage can outside with the unit number marked on it. Very limited kitchen dishes, cooking supplies, etc. The property was clean.
It wouldn't take much to bring this property up to acceptable standards, but until these items are fixed, I would not recommend it.

  • “The place was nice overall. Needed some repairs to the drawers in the kitchen (they want to fall out) and to replace things like the microwave, toaster, and pots and pans. These are either in bad condition or do not work. Lots of light bulbs need to be replaced and the broom is beyond it's life span. The place was very comfortable and we had a great time. We would stay there anytime.

  • “This little cute community has been our primary vacation spot for almost 5 years with all amazing experiences, except the time we got hit by a hurricane last year, and now this year our property was broken into. The community has been private for as long as we have been vacationing. Until now, the guard gate was removed and the community is now open access for all travelers. Our front door was kicked in, a bedroom window broken, and all of our forms of ID, passports, money, and wallet, purse, cell phones, were stolen while we were in the ocean. It’s been fun RP! Maybe one day, but that was too crazy for my littles, and to hear about 1-3 houses have been broken into each week since the gate was removed is enough for us to find another destination.
