Cupula Azul is a beach front home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths--the master bedroom has a king bed and full bath with double sink; two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth bedroom has 4 bunk beds. Other features include 7 ceiling fans, central heating and cooling, a kitchen equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. Other amenities include a wood burning fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs)2 car garage and a large front porch. Owner requests No Smoking Inside, Pets allowed with extra Security Deposit. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, and October and all Holidays.

  • “Good location--both tide-pooling and swimming available depending on the tide. Kudos to the homeowner for fixing some of the problems noted in past reviews! Appears to be a work in progress, a good thing. Nice cabinets, some paint, tile & stucco redone, new refrigerator, utensils, outside lighting, furniture. A nice touch is the small under-counter refrig usable for drinks. Some issues remain,though, and I'm mentioning our experience during our stay the last week in May, 2017.
    Despite the advertising there is NO usable internet or television service. The internet, especially, is critical for those who work on vacation.
    Plumbing problems--The water pressure switch in the garage failed shortly after our arrival. Two toilet tanks fill only half way forcing you to fill them by pitcher so the flushes are thorough. Kitchen faucet runs/drips despite being replaced during our stay. Master shower diverter valve drips noisily. The only outside faucet is at the wrong end of the patio for washing sand off your feet. (Bring a LONG hose and nozzle!)
    No door mats available for sand removal before entering the house.
    No working BBQ. The built-in gas one is unusable and no gas was available.
    Master bedroom exterior door does not open.
    No coffee or end tables or reading lamps in the living area.
    We've used Oceano since they started years ago and, as usual, they are very attentive to the issues they can fix such as our running out of water. We would recommend this property to a friend if the friend is aware of the issues common to the rentals in Las Conchas.
