Testimonies

  • “The house was nice and cool. Very private hung out on the beach during the day and on the patio in the evening. Everything in the house was in functioning order. I read reviews and the only concern was there was no broom to sweep up the sand, so I took one with me, that was the only thing missing, so I left it for the next guest. Overall my stay was great and I will return again and will used Oceano rentals.

  • “We've been staying in Las Conchas for many years but this was our first time at Casita de Carolina. We were very pleased with the state of the house when we arrived- it was very clean. The kitchen (and even bathrooms) were well stocked with the basics for cooking, nice dishes, extra sunscreen, first aid supplies, etc. I would recommend bringing toilet paper and paper towels if you are staying for more than a couple of days. We thought the beds to be comfortable and loved how each bedroom opened up to the patio facing the ocean! We also loved how the house was set back off the beach just enough to feel very private and out of the main path of the vendors. We do try and support the locals, but nice to have the privacy as well. The only thing that was a (very brief) bummer was that the grill ran out of propane half way through one of our dinners! We filled it the next day. Overall, the house was very bright, lots of room, and it stayed very cool during the warm afternoons. We would like to stay there again and yes, we would recommend this place to friends! We were sad to leave the beach!
